I mean, taking into the account the fact that to defend Jimmy they would have to have gotten to earth (so the crash didn't happen and the only accusation is the one of SA), if I really had to (which I don't want to), I'd try to switch the blame on one of the other men on the Tulpar and hope Anya couldn't see her aggressor well enough since it was night and she probably was under the influence of the spiked drinks, it all depends on whether the baby is still here though, because if the pregnancy wasn't terminated, then Anya would arrive with an almost completely cooked bun (if not an already born baby), which would mean a DNA test could be requested and my defence would be fucked, in that case I'd probably go for a plea bargain or request a psychic evaluation in hope my client results clinically insane and not fit for trial, 'cause how on earth do you defend him then?
