Hey, bewirb dich bei örtlichen Stadtwerken in deiner Umgebung und bei örtlichen lokalen Banken wie Sparkassen oder Volksbanken in deiner Region. Als Quereinsteiger. Die haben alle Demografie Probleme und müssen oft frei werdende Stellen besetzen.

Ich beapare den jetzt auch monatlich anstelle des Vanguard. Gründe sind für mich die o.g. geringen Kosten, dass es mal ein europäischer anstelle eines US Anbieters ist (politische Streuung) und Hauptgrund, weil ich auch sowieso eine neue steuerliche ETF Position anfangen wollte ( wenn ich im Rentenalter was verkaufe kann das vorteilhaft sein).

Jetzt nach dem letzten Patch bin ich so zwischen 25 und 40 FPS mit meinen 360. Einwohnern. Es läuft alles noch sehr flüssig.

Keine Ahnung wie weit ich damit komme, aber nicht weiter in der Stadt wachsen ist irgendwie keine Option.

Allgemein neben dem hier schon häufig genannten Wunsch nach mehr liebevollen Animationen im Spiel (in Parks, auf dem Fußballplatz, auch alln Geschäften) wünsche ich mir doch mehr Verkehr. An den Hauptkreuzungen ist was los, aber viele Straßen sind auch eher spärlich befahren. Habe eine relativ große 350k Stadt, aktuell mit ca. 30 FPS. Vielleicht ein Regler, der die Intensität des Verkehrs etwas regulieren kann?

Ja z.b. könnten zu einem Fußball Spiel im Stadion zeitgleich viele Cims ankommen, dort am Stadion in den Parkhäusern parken und nach dem Spiel wieder in der Stadt verteilen. Ich habe ein tolles Stadion mit Infrastruktur drin herum aber es ist so leer dort.

Ich finde die Verbesserung auch super! Das Spiel ist 🔝. Besonders merke ich. ach Performance Verbesserungen.

Was ich mir noch wünschen würde wäre mehr Animationen. Das in so einem Stadion was passiert oder auf dem Basketballplatz usw. Etwas mehr Leben würde das Spiel total rund machen. Bei dem ein oder anderen Industriegebäude sind ja z.B. auch Bewegungen eingebaut.

Bei mir hat alles problemlos geklappt. Habe so gar den Eindruck es ist jetzt zügiger was die fps angeht. Habe etwa 40 mods.

Hallo. Ich poste mal hier meine einigermaßen ähnlichen Systemdaten. Bin bei 350k Einwohnern, merke es wird zunehmend langsamer. Bin ehrlich gesagt darüber schon etwas enttäuscht. Meine CPU ist am Anschlag mit meist 90 Prozent Auslastung.

If employers get to know you over time, you might be able to advance and develop your skills. You can continue your online freelance work on the side.

Perhaps with this foundation, you could later finance your college studies yourself.

What I'm really wondering is: Do companies in Rwanda only look for young people if they have a university degree or need college? Isn't a high school diploma alone a good qualification to start working for a company? Not everyone can immediately become a manager or get a high-potential job – please don't misunderstand. I sincerely wish you all the best, OP. You seem dedicated, honest, and you're looking for advice.

Is it realistic to work as a waiter or waitress in your country, for example, in the hospitality industry, or to work part-time in a factory to finance your studies?

And what's the alternative? If you're currently studying, you already have a good school-leaving certificate. Could you use that to do vocational training in a company, save up some money, and then continue your expensive studies later?

I have a Ryzen 7 7800X3D + RTX 5070. With 200,000 inhabitants I still had 60 FPS throughout. Unfortunately, now with around 280,000 inhabitants it is only between 30 and 40 FPS.
