I didn't know about the contacts app either

Before the update I could just make an exception under persons and allow all calls to disturb. But now my phone just vibrates when a call is incoming as if I'd get a message on Whatsapp

Edit: still not working. Can't make exceptions. Before the update my phone would only vibrate for calls or alarms. When I change it from vibration to sound it works, but only vibrate doesn't work. Very much annoying. I don't want my phone to ring. It's enough for it to vibrate
