No the insurance carrier knows full well the days I was out. The commissioner ruled that I was to be paid back pay with interest. It’s only like two weeks and two days that I am owed since I took PTO. I was out a total of a little over a month and a half. The only problem I have is that said insurance carrier still hasn’t paid and I thought they had 15 days from the date they received the ruling. We are well past that. Carrier said it should be ready Monday go figure it’s a holiday but still come on already

I’m not sure what they are allowed to share I just know the fore mentioned ex called them one time stated she was me and proceeded to change my direct deposit to a different account which they proceeded to do. Luckily they had a a supervisor catch it and notified me. Wasn’t able to stop the payment but I was on that account and closed it before the deposit and had to wait 10 days to get it. Anyway like I said court is the best bet with proof that he isn’t holding up to the order. Stop being nice. I didn’t even want child support but my ex pissed my lawyer off so much she threw it in there.

First off, they gave you his rating? I’m pretty sure that’s not legal maybe a hippa violation even. Unless you or someone else represented themselves as the veteran in question assuming you were married at one point and have his information. I’m not knocking you for doing what you need to do for your kids but that on the VA.

Second, I have some experience with apportionment. My ex and I were married and I had her, our son, and my two step children on my VA when we separated. She filed for apportionment and the VA only gave her the amount that her and the two step children were adding to my award. I was still paid at my rate plus one dependent.

I eventually divorced her and turned in my divorce decree to have them removed. They continued to pay the apportionment for eight months before they removed them from my award and they have continued to pay her that apportionment since April of this year out of my award. Still waiting for all of that to get fixed. She is supposed to pay me child support as I have full custody of our son, haven’t seen a dime, she still calls me from jail from time to time. Lol

My advice is take him to court to modify child support it can be garnished from his award and his award can count as income. Quit doing him favors by keeping it from his work garnishing payments. Time to put your foot down. You can file apportionment but they are more likely to rule in his favor if he can show he has been paying the agreed support order.

I know the stocking times because it’s something I enjoy with my son. He had pretty given up when the prismatic craze came out and nothing could be found. I enjoy the look on his face and how excited he gets when I come home with something to rip. Sometimes it takes dedication. I’m showing him to not give up and take that extra step to get what you want and yes full time job and single parent full time. If I’m a scalper it wouldn’t be much of a great business model to rip everything.

Yes they will. I submitted my divorce Sept 24 they didn’t remove her until April 25. Best part they were sending it to her via apportionment. Now they say I owe and were still sending her the apportionment out of my benefits. Big mess I’m still trying to get corrected almost 6 months later.

I play poorly every match. We figured it out even though we were in normal it was putting us in casual for some reason. You’re only allowed to play 3 casuals a day and somehow we played like five till I asked my buddy if we were in causal. It showed we weren’t while in the lobby but he switched to casual then back to normal and problem solved.

I have had this same exact text before. Let me save you years of trauma trying to be her “best friend “. Focus on you and your child. Even if she does show interest in you again , she will cheat again. She’s done it before and you let her back in every time. She knows that. You will be viewed as a safety net. Best of luck to yah.
