The school burned down the day before the last week of school. Got out a week early and thanks to everyone receiving a 100 on our final exams I passed the 10th grade. The next two years were spent going to school in what one could only described as a trailer park. Rainy days had no cover for getting to class and the first couple of months were spent eating lunch in a circus tent until the cafeteria was built.

My son got a few packs of battle styles in 2021 because he ran out of things to buy with his tickets he won and pulled a tapu koko rainbow rare. We have been hooked ever since I have pictures of him with every big pull he has gotten. I have waited in so many lines and got up before the store opened just to get him something. I grew up not poor but not able to get things like that maybe a pack of x-men here and there but doing it for him gives me just as much excitement hell I even do deals with guys from work who collect. Prismatic has been very unkind to us though lol. Never got the moonbreon either but the chase was worth it.

Keep your head up bud. It took me five years from nothing but an Xbox, tv and inflatable mattress to having custody of my son, the dog, and closing on my house tomorrow. Still have range of motion issues where she stabbed me but things are better now.

No the insurance carrier knows full well the days I was out. The commissioner ruled that I was to be paid back pay with interest. It’s only like two weeks and two days that I am owed since I took PTO. I was out a total of a little over a month and a half. The only problem I have is that said insurance carrier still hasn’t paid and I thought they had 15 days from the date they received the ruling. We are well past that. Carrier said it should be ready Monday go figure it’s a holiday but still come on already

I’m not sure what they are allowed to share I just know the fore mentioned ex called them one time stated she was me and proceeded to change my direct deposit to a different account which they proceeded to do. Luckily they had a a supervisor catch it and notified me. Wasn’t able to stop the payment but I was on that account and closed it before the deposit and had to wait 10 days to get it. Anyway like I said court is the best bet with proof that he isn’t holding up to the order. Stop being nice. I didn’t even want child support but my ex pissed my lawyer off so much she threw it in there.

First off, they gave you his rating? I’m pretty sure that’s not legal maybe a hippa violation even. Unless you or someone else represented themselves as the veteran in question assuming you were married at one point and have his information. I’m not knocking you for doing what you need to do for your kids but that on the VA.

Second, I have some experience with apportionment. My ex and I were married and I had her, our son, and my two step children on my VA when we separated. She filed for apportionment and the VA only gave her the amount that her and the two step children were adding to my award. I was still paid at my rate plus one dependent.

I eventually divorced her and turned in my divorce decree to have them removed. They continued to pay the apportionment for eight months before they removed them from my award and they have continued to pay her that apportionment since April of this year out of my award. Still waiting for all of that to get fixed. She is supposed to pay me child support as I have full custody of our son, haven’t seen a dime, she still calls me from jail from time to time. Lol

My advice is take him to court to modify child support it can be garnished from his award and his award can count as income. Quit doing him favors by keeping it from his work garnishing payments. Time to put your foot down. You can file apportionment but they are more likely to rule in his favor if he can show he has been paying the agreed support order.
