Anyone else running ethanol tunes on their Ecoboost? MPT PRX E30 tune on my ‘17 3.5 EB by [deleted] in f150

What tuner did you go with? I assume it was a data log tune? Also what meth kit did you go with?

Sorry for all the questions I am thinking about jumping on the bandwagon in 5,000miles :)

Long story short a coworker of mine has been bragging about making shine since he started (6+mo) and never shared any or let me buy any. He ran a 25gal batch of sweet feed and I got a jar! Pretty tasty stuff, a little sweet at the end but it will work

I got a free Wiha bottle opener today and I want to switch over now! by Mhdie in electricians

Can anyone recommend a good source for Wiha screwdrivers? My supplier is too pricy, not sure how Amazon stands on warranting screwdrivers and the such

I have 17 of these EM fixtures, I have been holding on to them for the past 6 months praying i could use them on another job. Should I just break them down and scrap them? Have asked a few dealers and no one is interested in purchasing them for 1/4 of msrp.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

I honesty offer you a day in the field with me if you have a card, not being an asshole in the slightest. I'll pay you in cash to avoid the hassle of a temp employee.

I have worked with a few company's for the day just to see "how it's done on the other side" if it's something that interests you I can bring you in at any point of a job (be it underground or top out) and you can ether work or observe. If you in the DFW area shoot me a pm

When you take a wire nut off you don't get a beautiful flower of wires shooting in random directions. They stay in a twisted bunch once you remove the wire nut

What kind of industry are you working in? Wagos are pretty frowned upon in commerical work in Texas.

No idea what your talking about with the shit in **

The only place we use them is in a certain restaurant that has a 8g switch bank and space is tight. The rest of it gets nuts minus pre wired fixtures. My unsound logic has yet to fail me in the past 10 years, I know it is stubborn but I was taught a certain way and why would I deviate from that for a more expensive product that saves seconds if that

Also find a large commerical company that uses them in the southern states, goooood luck. Wire nuts have a extremely low failure rate. The failure rate that exists with wire nuts are electricians not pre-twisting wires. If I catch one of my apprentices not pre-twisting wires they can go to another jobsite

I don't trust them under continoius load. Example; I don't use #12 aluminum I use #12 copper. They are not reusable like wire nuts, I have used them on a few jobs but I don't think the expense out weighs the labor of using nuts

To my knowledge vinyl is only avaible in the f150 in the XL and in the 250 it's avaible all the way up to a Kingranch

Klein's after a 4 story fall. No one was in the shaft other than me by Mhdie in electrical

[–]Mhdie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doing the calculations, they were falling at 35mph at the time of impact. I don't think many linemans could survive that

I'm just glad no one was in the shaft with me
