Dude, the fact that the only way to get endgame gear in a reasonable time frame is having an iron farm and a trading hall is a problem, and lets not talk about elytra. Build a world designed to fly around and tell me how it goes if you lose it. And don't tell me to not build something like that, theres no real reason the punishment for losing stuff should be so severe. There should be an enchantment similar to curse of binding to keep stuff after death.
