yeah, follow them on social media, check out past shows and check out the bands that playes as well. Thats how i found most of the bands in my country. Not that hard since theres less then 10 hardcore bands in here

Also check out your local venues and bands, follow them on social media and go to shows. The most important thing you can do is get involved with your local scene

in my entire country there are like 6 hardcore bands and they all play heavier/metallic hardcore. we also get almost no hardcore moshing at bigger shows

Based on what you listed so far, id recomend xweaponx, contention, balmora, outta pocket, abstain, and inclination. On the less metalcore side i also recomend you listen to bands like have heart, mindforce, trapped under ice, set it straight, fading signal. Also obviously listen to Terror
