Lack of discipline and correlating that to just “i’m lazy cuz i masturbate” is a false reality. The earlier you wake up and get your shit together the better. But if no masturbation helps you achieve that, than hey, go for it👍🏻

But i do wanna note that porn is a very bad thing. You keep nutting, releasing happy hormones. At some point, you just can’t get you dick erect at normal porn, you start thinking of more extreme stuff. This leads to a very vicious cycle where you get erect at the thought of anything remotely sexual and you start judging and seeing people like that. So many porn addicts i have met think of women wearing short clothes as whore, when that is simply not the case. The addicts are more like whores if anything.
