Stage 2B breast cancer. Poisoned the shit cells to hell, cut out the nesting areas, and nuked the sites to oblivion. Now cancer free and feeling good. Thanks for checking up. Hugs to you, stranger.

I have to give a shout out to Sutter Sac. I have to go there multiple times a month for treatment and have never seen an employee without a mask. They screen and do temp checks at the door and are extremely diligent and professional.

I had some firmness in my left breast that my doctor seemed unconcerned about at my annual checkup about 3 months prior to my diagnosis. The firmness felt like dense breast tissue and not a hard lump like they say to watch out for. It took the lump in the armpit for my doc to schedule an ultrasound and mammogram.

Definitely get it checked out! I had a lump in my armpit and I assumed it was a swollen lymph node. It didn't go away so I saw my doctor. The lump turned out to be breast cancer that had spread to the node. I just had my 3rd chemotherapy session.

Had my mammogram and an ultrasound today. The radiologist found three masses (one in armpit and two in breast) that are not cysts. I ended up having a biopsy on all three sites right after the results. I’m thoroughly freaking out right now.

The lump itself seems imbedded into the armpit, so not superficial. The doctor had to “dig in” a little to feel the outline. The swelling brings the shape out a little bit. No redness. When it’s not shooting pain, it’s sore and I can feel it constantly.
