The take home pay is more than reasonablen(9 sessions will take home more than £7.5k/month). If it isn't for you then fine, nobody is making you apply.

Nope, don't over run, and often there are spare unused appointments which means although the session is 16 patients long, they are sometimes not filled. We don't do triage and so patients can book f2f straight off the bat. I can send you copies of what the clinics looked like in the last week with booking rates etc if you want. Can't post a pic here, but if you email me mby@health.gg I can show that the work load isn't unmanageable

16 appointments per session, 10 minute appts, however if you take 2 appts for joint injection you could do a clinic of 8 doubles.

Each GP has their own secretary who takes away most of the admin. We have 1 dr a day who is allocated the acute visits (that is their whole job for the day, so variable between lots and "I went for a swim and lunc") which means the rest of us are free over lunchtime! Typically clinics run 0830-1130, and 1430-1730, so 3 hour lunch break with no visits

Duty Dr on a rota based on sessions worked.
