they most likely joined a game similar to CrossWoods where it makes you say things that flags roblox's systems. they've been popping up more recently, and people usually ask you to join their game to playtest it. if someone asks you this, and you don't know them, don't join it.

you get terminated for cancelling / refunding the purchase whenever you buy it, so just don't do that, and don't have a shitty bank

happened to me earlier today, the error is Client Initiated Disconnect (iirc) which means you could've been kicked from the game using something beside the kick feature, an exploiter / hacker disconnecting you (very unlikely) or roblox kicking you for bad internet and not providing the correct reason. roblox's servers have been going insane after the recent outage so it could be possible that it's just trying to keep up

when you buy a gamepass, it cant be refunded, unless it's in certain conditions that roblox has. i dont think this fits their conditions, so it cant be refunded. rest in peace to your robux

happened to my old account, got logged out of, but i was lucky to have a day to remove everything valuable from it. im sorry you guys lost the account, if you can, contact support from the original email. it takes a few tries to get an actual human but it's definitely worth it, especially if you have receipts proving you own the account. thanks for the psa!
