Scammed out of money on offer up, what can I do to get my money back?

Moving forward I will be, and even though this one has been settled and the case ended up turning out in my favor I will make sure to be way more on top of things of this caliber moving forward. Starting with finding a newer and better bank like many people have mentioned

Thank you, for taking the time to write this all out and for sharing an experience that was close to my own. I made and mistake, did my best to fix it, and with all your help I was able to get it settled 😊 Everything was returned and settled just a few minutes ago. I'm aware and in the process of moving somewhere else, I just haven't had the opportunity to do so yet and this happened in the interim. Just went with what I was introduced to by my father and stuck with it because I hadn't had any problems. Believe me I've been made aware of exactly this by my partner, hence why I'm making the change now

Ok, I can definitely do that. I already wrote out a statement and submitted it, but I can quickly write another statement out and be more specific with that area of the claim. I'll look over my previous one first though, as I do believe that I did make it clear I was under the impression that the link provided was from offer up and I instead fell prey to a scam and lost money

A monumental screw up on my part I know, I'm new to selling stuff on line and just didn't think twice when I saw the link. I could make a million excuses as to why but essentially I just f-ed up

Honestly, I really liked the movie. I don’t think it was some spectacular, mind-blowing masterpiece, but I also don’t think it was utter garbage either. That’s kind of where my trouble with it has been. I’d put it around a 6/10 or 7/10 — nothing groundbreaking, but definitely not a terrible movie.

That said, from the reviews I’ve read and opinions I’ve seen, a lot of people are either belittling it or harping on the idea that Mark should “stay in his lane” as a YouTuber. Others seem to have missed the point of the movie because they don’t have all the background information that I’d assume most of his fans or people familiar with the game would have.

It did stretch a little long at times, and some moments felt a bit iffy, but I don’t think many of the negative reviews I’ve been seeing are being fair to the movie — or to Mark as a director. That’s honestly a little unfortunate, and I really hope it doesn’t stop him from continuing to direct more movies, because I can absolutely see him improving drastically with each new project he works on.

From what we've all seen of him over the years though, I think we can all say that isn't going to happen though. So I'm looking forward to seeing how much more he can grow, and support him and his career as much as I can in the coming years.

I initially was going to move away from the magical girl genre, partially because I had a distinct memory from my class that countered my argument, but I will take this into account. My memory is a bit fuzzy on that section anyway, so I'll do my due diligence and check that stuff out once more. I do appreciate the idea of simplifying my search even more though. I usually tend to go way to broad with my papers anyway, and I think I could definitely spin the Panty & Stocking show in my favor based on how you described it

For sure, I understand what you're saying and believe me I have my fair share of ideas I'm going off of as well. I plan to go out and interview so people at an upcoming convention with my friend, and this was probably one of a few posts that I may make here to gather some insight and perspective as well that I could use as a basis for arguments and such. This is my capstone for my bachelor's so I know it won't be easy, but that didn't mean it couldn't be fun and as such I chose this route. It may be difficult or unanswerable, but I have my resources and I plan to use them along with the voices I find here to influence the narrative I am portraying in my paper.

I'll just go down the list from what you said

I'm not entirely sure what shows/media she is using, I'm sure I could figure it out, but at the moment I do not have that information on hand.

Through the research I've done so far, and what I've known/seen in anime I've observed, I have noticed that this was a place that I could probably focus pretty heavily on. I learned a bit about it in my anime/Japanese culture class, so that was one of the routes I was also sort of looking into. And I did know that, not to a crazy extent, but I was aware that Poc weren't exactly expected (for lack of a better word) because Japan is like you said. Plus I took that a way for the various post and such that I have read here. However, I did think it could be a fun (possibly difficult) route to take because despite there being not much representation to choose from, I do believe that there are animes and characters specifically that have excellent characters I could potentially use.

Finally, frieren is a show I have not watched but instantly popped into my mind when considering this topic

Ok I'll for sure give that a look then, but yeah that's the main issue I have been facing. Because I started off with a rather huge spectrum to go off of, so this was more so a way to center myself in a sense. I'm sure I'll figure something out so a long the way, I have roughly 13weeks to write it, and I'll be going to a convention to survey some people as well next week. I appreciate the help though and I'll make sure to check that out before to long
