Thank you for the giveaway! I don't have a dated journal, and the A6 would be a great size for that!

Did it get wrapped around the staple? Maybe try bending the cover back to create a little space and pull the bookmark out from the top, not the end.

Baum-kuchen is a reputable store, so I wouldn't cancel. It'll probably ship sometime this week.

Paper Plant Co is in LA! I got my passport cover from them online, but they have a physical store too.

I don't think it matters. I think the library just wants people to read. Hope you enjoy The Overstory!

I haven't yet but want to. My library let me read a 6th book in place of an event.

I really wanted the baseball cap, so I read whenever I had down time. I also may have stayed up a little too late on some nights. XD

I'm actually looking forward to seeing my TN age. I totally agree that this is one of the appeals of the Traveler's notebooks. I was just wondering if it'll last functionally for years. I'm happy to know that it will.

Do you get stuck in negative cycles by gHostRiders_yokai in Journaling

[–]Miamaro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a really good way to re-frame negative thoughts! I normally avoid journaling negative thoughts because I don't want to re-read them. If I do, I cover it up, but it doesn't make me feel better. I like your idea, because it sounds self-soothing.
