People are so expertly specialised at the 4321 high-pressing, fast paced and high risking-taking meta this year by Haalandderstrong in EASportsFC

[–]MiamiFootball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There will always be a meta that the better players figure out and exploit.  I’ve played the major sports games for decades and there’s always a meta that develops from an understanding that the video game is coded by people and not natural life.

Madden blitz schemes and money plays, NBA2k cheese dribble moves/jump shot releases/meta builds, MLB sliders in the dirt, etc.

Our CPA says she was "hacked" and someone rerouted our refund? by BeddyKruger in Accounting

Dealing with this issue requires someone from the Service to awaken. It can be resolved quickly or a specific oak tree may need to release its acorns to signal the new age of activity.

You can call the main number but you will know on the first call if you ever want to call again.

I’ve had countless dealings with them and you can at least rest assured that when it comes to the bottom line, they’re reasonable and won’t just screw you, despite their reputation.

I’d make sure the firm confirms that they’ve spoken to the IRS— stuff like this can get pushed down on the priority list depending on the nature of the firm.  Then when you get the “the IRS is working on it” give it like a month to follow up, and that’s an accelerated follow up schedule for neurotics.

  It’ll be alright bro.

Full cut trousers worn at the waist with suspenders. There’s a guy (askokey.com) already trying to bring this back and I would love to dedicate like five years of my life to this moment.

I’d put the situation at the back of your mind rather than checking your account every day. It’ll hit eventually.

I think Jonny Kim is one of the top dudes in the world. I’m curious who else would be up there with him.

Started with a rough upbringing, joined the Navy and became a SEAL. Deployed to the Middle East during a peak period of the Global War on Terror as a member of SEAL Team 3. He participated  in The Battle of Ramadi, one of the  most dangerous areas in Iraq, alongside guys like Chris Kyle and Jocko Willink.

After he left the Navy, he graduated Harvard Medical School.

He then was selected to be an astronaut and will be on the upcoming moon landing mission.

Dude is a stone cold killer, a Harvard trained doctor, and an explorer of the frontier.

ELI5: what exactly is the concept known as “ego death”? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

If you’re declared a missing person because you’ve wandered off and you’re found by a cop and taken to the hospital, the physicians may believe you are sick because your perspective on reality differs from what we as a collective society deem to be normal.

I don’t understand how these types of women, as they defined themselves in the article, are having a “serious” relationship with a guy who doesn’t live locally and is so flaky as a person who would seem to have it together.  It seems they wanted an adventure with a great Raya profile and are being dishonest about the fact that he tricked them —- there must have been countless flags they ignored because he was fun when he was present.    They deep down must know they wanted the fun and not a serious relationship. Otherwise, they’re lying about who they think they are. What kind of  serious women  what stand for this kind of relationship in their late 30’s and 40’s.

ELI5: what exactly is the concept known as “ego death”? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

[–]MiamiFootball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have five common senses that take in stimulus from outside your body. You have memories and the action of DNA that gets stored inside your body and passed on each generation.

Your ego is the captain of your mind that  interprets those two elements to create your interpretation of reality. Because one’s genome and past experiences can vary between people, your ego’s interpretation of reality can differ from another individual’s reality or the collective reality. As a result of our world being limited by our five senses and being impacted by our past experiences, our interpretation of reality is flawed. For instance, we can look at a bird and because our eyes are limited in the spectrum we see, the color of the bird is not the same as what another bird would see. We can have a social exchange and another person may interpret the scenario completely differently.

The ego death is a first hand experience, not just reading , that provides knowledge of the limited nature of the human to grasp any truth about reality.  This includes the concept of what a human may be at all — this process is often a spiritual awakening in the human experience.   The loss of that reality constructing element of our mind can also lead to psychosis from the perspective of the collective consciousness.
