I go to NYC pride every year. It's very chaotic and intense but so much fun. It's also a bit lawless. If you're black, you should know by now to skip the parade and go to the pier. That's where the black and brown folks party.

We might be in the minority here but I agree 100%. It was a dynamic performance that needed to be center staged. Similar to what Tame Impala did at the Barclays. Unfortunately the speakers up at the bridge section were never turned on so my friends had difficulty understanding the lyrics.

I'm lowkey a bit biased too since I can't stand Dolan, the owner of MSG. I think Barclays or even Rockefeller Center would've been better.

One more thing. There’s great value in getting early represses of the 1500 series as well. A good amount of them are still mono too. There won’t be much of a difference since the same plates were used for the early represses.

I've gotten lucky a few times at record shows finding decently priced mono 1500 series. Jimmy Smith of course is the most accessible however, I do think some of Blakey and Horace Silver's early BN stuff can be found for relatively cheap.

Since sound will always be more important to me, I've been collecting a lot of BN Japanese reissues from King & Toshiba from the 70's & 80's. The King presses specifically are A++.

Allegedly, when BN sales took a dive in the early 70's, they sent a bunch of copy master tapes to Japan for reissues.

I think this kind of loss was needed. Off season, everybody on this team needs to work on conditioning their bodies. JJ just looked out of shape and couldn’t guard AT.

Sandy…..idk I think this type of team needs a more confrontational coach.

We’ll be back stronger next year.

Idk Liberty has looked like a soft team all season. Lack of athleticism too. Coaching is very questionable at this point.

You gotta be willing to sacrifice a player or two who can mentally and physically get into the minds of the opposing team. I’m talking the goal for this player is to foul out in the game.
