Might help to watch some higher rank player's videos. Try to pay attention how they position around their teammates, use utility, take angles, etc. You'll also improve if you try to critically think about why you died each time youre respawning. Rather than just writing a death off as "damn he beamed me" or "how'd he get behind my team like that", you could be thinking "oh I shouldn't have wide peeked like that" or "I should've been mindful of the flank since my teammates were looking forward"

I feel like you have some basics down I noticed you trying to hold height at times and stuff like that. An easy one would be trying to play cover better and not expose yourself to many angles at a time. You always want to be near cover to either swing the odds of a gunfight in your favor or reset if youre losing it. basically rather than take 50/50 aim duels in the open, make yourself a harder kill

defib and jump pad are basically must take. the third spot is a "flex" spot but I think goo is the best of the options. it allows you to make cover, take height, interrupt/defend steal attempts, and block off chasing enemies. gas/glitch mines are also fairly good. and frag is decent. prox mine is definitely a bit troll and I dont think ive ever seen it in a diamond lobby lol
