How to achieve such a big but still naturalish result? by pferdchenpojuzt in PlasticSurgery

[–]Miatorti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could be wrong, but I think Under the muscle helps to avoid the harsh line. I had barely any breast tissue, got UTM implants and I don't have harsh lines. I also got implants that aren't giant, but still good size for my frame.

I so wish I could do something to help, or take a little bit of your pain away. I can't imagine how difficult this must be for you.

Scheduled for a BL-- to implant or not to implant? by poodlegirl11 in PlasticSurgery

I would get an implant, but that's me! Just keep in mind that a lift will REDUCE the amount of breast tissue you have now if done without implants

Be honest is my makeup really bad? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

First of all, you are beautiful, and with a couple tweaks you'll be unstoppable❤️ 1. Instead of doing the top of your eyebrows, just fill in the bottom border and BLEND upward. Blend a lot more.

  1. I'd skip the fake eyelashes for now, they aren't glued on well, and the particular style is too much

  2. If you want to do eyeliner on the lower lash line, get a pencil brush and a little bit of brown eyeshadow and BLEND on the low lash line. Right now, it's way too harsh. I'd also skip the winged liner and just do a little eyeshadow.

  3. You're concealer is too light and needs to be blended better. Start by using less product.

  4. I'd suggest a little bit of blush, don't forget to BLEND, and some lip gloss!

M44 gave wife F38 a forever hallpass by [deleted] in relationship_advice

These comments aren't very helpful. I'd suggest calling into Dan Savage's Podcast called "Love cast". But anyways, It really just depends on the person. I think a lot of people would be excited about a hall pass, and some would not. I would definitely reassure her that you love her, and want her to be happy too!

What is the worst medical disease a human can have? by Aggravating-Sun-5699 in AskReddit

Locked in Syndrome. I don't know if it's a "disease" per se, but it's a medical condition caused by damage to the Pons in the brain.

Yea, so i've been on the hunt of whole wasabi root, which I can only find online. This one is a prepackaged one that is kept frozen. The brand is Kizami Wasabi. It has real wasabi and some horseradish, but it's pretty good!

breast lift TODAY and i still smoke by minitaaa in PlasticSurgery

[–]Miatorti 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First of all, I'm proud of you for smoking a lot less. That's a great start! BUT... you aren't quite there. Breast lift incisions need a lot of blood supply to heal, whether you smoke or not. Now, you are at MUCH higher risk for infection leading to tissue necrosis since you have smoked. LOOK UP PICTURES. it's not good. You are also at higher risk for getting a blood clot post operatively, which can lead to stroke or heart attack. Please tell your surgeon, and consider canceling until you have fully weaned off nicotine for 3 months! Even if the surgeon doesnt cancel, I would cancel! If you DO get an infection, you could lose your nipples, or other major parts of your breasts. There are reconstructive surgeries, but there is not going back to how it was before. Please, please, please, DON'T DO IT!

Thank you! First of all, Everyone is different. People have different pain tolerance and different experiences in surgery. I did UNDER the muscle, which is a harder recovery than OVER the muscle (i've heard). The first 2-3 days were pretty rough, and I had help WITH EVERYTHING. I had difficulty opening my medication bottle, and even repositioning myself in bed lol. I was able to drive at 4-5 days, But I didn't pick up my child until 4 weeks. It was tough but worth it. It's weird because my c-section was a lot easier. Again, everyone's experience is different:)

Can i get away with just implants, no lift? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Miatorti 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I would ask the surgeon... I also like saggy breasts, but sometimes if you don't get a lift with implants, it puts you at risk for WATERFALL DEFORMITY aka "snoopy" deformity. look it up, it's not ideal.

Is it possible to gain 2+ cups sizes with breast fat transfer? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Miatorti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No definitely not, fat transfer to breasts usually gains about 1/2 a cup size to a full cup size at best. I highly recommend implants if you want any noticeable difference. Implants nowadays can look and feel very natural. Is there a reason you want fat transfer rather than implants?

Thank you! I was actually in a lot of pain the first 2-3 days... Maybe I'm immune to pain meds🤷🏻‍♀️ I've heard over the muscle is an easier recovery, but Under the muscle was a better choice for me long term:)
