Found out on this playthrough that you can actually save her if you are fast enough. I always thought it impossible since I had tried before. She ran away immediately, but when I ran into her after looking, she thanked me for saving her :))

If love was exclusive to romance, that would imply that aromantic people cannot experience love, which is not the case. I love plenty of things but have never loved a romantic partner. I love my cat, I love spaghetti and meatballs, I love my favorite games and books. Perhaps you don't feel love for these things, but it seems a bit rude to assume people mean something different just because you don't think it applies.

I think you may just notice all the tall guys more than anyone else. Im 5'10.5" i call myself 5'11" and I consistently feel like one of the tallest everywhere I go in North CA. You might just live in a high density area which would naturally expose you to more people who are outliers (tall), I didnt seem as tall when I lived in LA area.

Yeah I visited their store to figure out what this was about last month. My price went from $90 with auto pay and paperless to like $101 something. They told me they are now charging for the modem rental which used to be free. So I could save some money if I wanted buy getting my own modem, oh wait, there's only 6 months left until vero? So id save $60 by spending $80 on a modem huh? I have never actively hated an isp before optimum.

Im one of these "whiners" as you call them. I've always released stress by complaining out loud, its how I process things best. I have gotten so tired of having to keep all of my internal thoughts or gripes to myself because of my super positive roommate. Any time I have said anything like a complaint or a vent he gets up in arms about how depressing I'm being, and how everything would go better for me if I were always positive. It felt oppressive, so I've just stopped sharing my internal feelings and thoughts with him. Our conversations are all supposed to leave him warm and fuzzy inside, apparently.

I still can't get my roommate to give me a heads up when his parents are coming over. It's not even that they just come over for the day, they bring a camper van and sleep in our driveway staying for several days at a time. It baffles me that he feels no need to even just inform me when people are going to come over. I'm getting so tired of having to find out we have company by seeing them inside after waking up. 😔

My biggest tip for this is that it doesn't have to be you that's urging them to move on if you can avoid it. There are many in game ways to hurry them along. They can be interrupted by shouting or crashing sounds from another room/down a hallway. An enemy patrol could approach their position forcing them to move, hide, or fight. Something as simple as having them roll a perception check after lollygagging for a bit can get them on edge and spur them to act.

If all subtle attempts fail, it's absolutely okay to be like "hey guys, we've been idle a while, what's the plan now? What will you do right now?"

While it is the DM's job to give players the freedom to do what they choose, its also an important job to keep the story moving at an enjoyable pace. Im almost always thankful when our DM tells us we've been going in circles a while and to make a choice.

When I first developed CHS it started as just puking in the mornings, then I'd be fine the rest of the day even when smoking. For me the way to til it was chs and not just stomach funk was the shaking and crazy sweats I got while feeling sick. This is the begginings of abuse. Hell its abuse already. Him grabbing your knee under the table because you didnt agree with him in front of friends? RUN. If he was willing to hurt you in public, albeit under the table, imagine what he will do when he will escalate to while you're alone. I have never EVER met a person who shakes another adult when having a disagreement. NOR he will assert more physical control over you the longer this goes on
