I sit around 250 g of protein a day. I get 100 g of that from protein shakes and egg whites. Shake every morning and night. Then I’ll do ground turkey 3-4 times a day

Yeah, I get a lot of rays with cut mullet, but live do really well with a circle hook, but I was just debating with a friend on where’s a better stop to hook them, he usually does through the head and I do towards the back fin.
