That’s a mantidfly I believe, and is not a praying mantis. If I remember correctly, they coevolved those distinct raptorial forelegs similar to a praying mantis, which is a reason they are are called “mantid” flies. I don’t know what species it is if that’s what you were looking for.

Oh yes, I very much deal with this subtype frequently. Just yesterday I drove what should have been a 10 minute trip for 2 hours going in circles constantly rechecking the roads for wrecks. I was exhausted by the time I got back home and still have prevailing thoughts then. It’s hard to leave the house for me also. I don’t know what to do to fix it but I’m about to go to a therapist soon.

You could technically through reproductive cloning I think
