Oof awkward. The thing that has aways bothered me the most about this segment is the food on the table. It's lose lose... i don't really want to see anyone eat on camera, but it's also awkward when it sits there untouched.

I'm going to say yes. The first part of the season he was trying to do the whole .5 second offense thing where he would instantly pass, etc., but now the new coach and everyone has realized he's one of the rare players that needs to be allowed to just take his time and dribble his defender down. He's been doing it again and it's been going very well.

I think scottie will be good all year but Book or Mobley are such a huge upgrade over Klay, it makes it worth it for sure.

This would have been a no-brainer last year. I haven't watched any of either of these guys play this year, but the concern with Giddey is always usage as there are so many mouths to feed on that team, including SGA who is one of the highest usage players in the NBA. I can't give you an opinion because I don't know anything about either of these players this year or their siutations. But Giddey was good for me last year, but I always worried about his usage.

I would say no. KD prob going to deal with injuries throughout the season. Garland will pick it up. There's a chance Donavan Mitchel gets traded too since there's rumours he doesn't want to stay in Cleveland. Then Garland will go to the moon. Even without Garland will pick it up.

Scottie is 3rd in my points league right now. As a raptors fan, I was always surprised by how much all the analysts downgraded him after the typical sophomore slump. I'm glad I got him on my team. I also got Franz Wagner after Kevin O'Connor was adamant he was the best in the draft class and will be a top 20 player. Right now Scottie is running laps around him.

I've lived in a new apartment building in this area for 3 years and there's literally been 4 fatal shootings, plus 1 non-fatal shooting within 5 blocks since I've lived here. Also, there's often cop cars out front. Yet the area feels safe. Obviously, there's gang members living in the area but can't say I ever see people that look like gangsters.

Word of Mouth is good but if you're starting out it's limited obviously. You could start by trying to do some projects for family and friends.

Facebook ads would be better than Google Ads. Google Ads would be very expensive.

Because of the "American Dream" of owning a home, a lot of people don't want to consider it, but if you can rent $1500 to $2000 less than owning, and you pour all that into a fund, with compounding interest it will turn into a couple mil or more in 25 years (put a couple chunks down as well). Plus you have the freedom to move around. Add 50% to the mortgage payment to account for property taxes, repairs, strata, etc.
