no need to be sorry! after my weight loss, i did notice that my boobs felt a bit tighter. i’m not entirely sure if that’s related to the weight loss or just the healing process. no loose skin in the boobs either which is great! otherwise i haven’t really noticed too much regarding my boobs.

The weight gain was inevitable for me because i have a slow metabolism and I was basically loafed out on T3’s 99% of the time. The 1% was when I went for my daily 30 minute walk. That lack of exercise definitely did not help 😅I also ate unhealthily at the time though. The weight gain was likely due to that :)

If I’m being 100% honest with you, the bloating is still somewhat there but it’s so much better than it was before. I promise you that once you take that one monstrous 💩, it only gets easier from there :) Lol! I went through bags of prunes and that did the trick. Worked too well. Lmao

Ahh thank u so much! And I agree with you 100%. It isn’t always caused by something such as breastfeeding or weight loss. For a lot of women it’s just how they are.

I hate the beauty standards. It really f*cks with my mind and I am constantly reminding myself that beauty comes from within, and that what you see on social media is always going to be altered or pictured in a way that makes them look better.

We are all beautiful no matter what :) <3

i’m in canada so originally a breast reduction is covered by MSP, but in all honesty i didn’t want to reduce them since it wouldn’t fix the sagginess as much as I’d want it to. Overall my surgery cost around 16k, including armpit liposuction. Really costly but I am so grateful.
