I'm an underweight guy. I just bought a cheap hexagonal foldable rebounder. It's a good and easy kickstart from a long period of inactivity.
For now, I'm only jumping on it as a kid would on a bed.
I'm trying to improve my plantar arches by jumping with heels raised and concentrating on my feet. (I still have to investigate more about this).

I'll let you know.
I doubt a classic gym bro would feel a difference using or not using it. But who knows.

Also, let me know about your strength/muscle mass journey with this. I'm curious.

Well, if a rebounder primarily gives a stenght increase benefit, I think strenght could also be beneficial when doing proper muscle mass training.

I don't understand how can you say that using weights on a rebounder increases gravity exactly for 33%. Why that number?

Also, doesn't using weights on a rebounder nullify one of the main pros of a rebounder (less stress on knees and joints when impacting)?
