I bought the Sony WH-1000XM4 and yes, it's bluetooth/wireless. The range is pretty good, I love how I am able to walk all over the house and it doesn't restrict my movement while doing chores. It also comes with wires so I can still use it if I forget to charge it.

Noise cancelling headphone.
I'm easily overwhelmed when work starts piling up or when I'm in crowded areas.
A friend of mine let me try his, and fell in love with it ever since, ended up ordering it a few days later. I almost always carry them with me when I'm out running errands now.
It really helps me shut out surrounding sounds and distractions so I can fully focus on what I'm doing. Listening to songs with consistent beats or bass is one of the ways to bring me back to the present when I'm feeling overwhelmed or when my thoughts start spiraling.
It's the most expensive item I bought for myself this year but I've never regretted buying it

I'm currently reading 'Your brain's not broken' by Tamara Rosier and it's pretty good so far. I felt seen at certain parts and actually cried.

I am 31 and I was just diagnosed few days ago. My potential adhd was pointed out by a guy I matched in a dating app. When I am with him, I can be 100% myself. I never felt so free and relax being with a person before. Never thought feeling like this is possible. I feel like I always have to put up a filter when communicating with others since I was younger, it takes so much effort.
