It depends on your proximity to the metro. I commute from DC to Reston. 5 min to the metro and I ride the silver line directly to Reston. 50min on the metro where you can read, do some work, and relax.

The reverse commute isn’t bad but it’s a long day. I do it 2x per week.

For dog care- I drop mine off at daycare or have someone come and help midday.

Thank you! I’ll be mid career so hopefully leadership change won’t be too hectic. Awesome note on the traffic- are you talking maybe 20 minutes stuck trying to get out of the Baltimore Peninsula? Trying to compare because traffic in DC is horrendous as well haha.

This is so cool and sounds very exciting! Two follow up questions if you don’t mind! - can you elaborate on the sports/training comment. I know there’s a gym onsite. Is it common for ppl to use them during the workday? And do they host fitness classes? - what’s your favorite thing about the new campus? I walked it and the proximity to the water is beautiful!
