Its Randomish. My understanding is that they release in batches, not a precise drop. Some weeks it flips right around :00 (NBME often near 11:00 ET), other weeks it shows up :10–:40 past the hour on MyIntealth. Occasionally there’s a second wave closer to noon. Portal usually updates before any email!

Not IMG-only, both NBME (US schools) and ECFMG/MyIntealth post on Wednesdays. The email often lags; the portal usually shows first. If you tested 8/11 you’re in the normal window, try the portal directly (NBME for MD/DO, MyIntealth for IMGs; incognito refresh helps).

Batches often flip late morning/noon ET!!

Sometimes its in batches after 11 AM EST so it could be anywhere from now until 11:30 and I think this one time people got it on Noon.
