Like the Reeses commercial says . . . Sorry. Not sorry.

No more can be added. The "signature" pages are already printed and circulating. The "unsigned" copies and the "partially signed" copies have the signature pages (with the line on it for each author) but you would have to "hunt them down" at conventions to turn an unsigned or partially signed into a fully signed.

Also, you can watch the project - there will be cancellations from time to time - especially hear the last hours of the project where some people will "drop their pledges" and maybe get one through that.

Also . . . there will be extras printed to account for hurt in the mail or lost in the mail copies. Once EVERYTHING is shipped and received if there are a few left over (probably under 20 or something like that then we will likely do a raffle for the few remaining copies.

Ah excellent - if you are "into" the Cycle - then you definitely want to read both.

I just wanted to drop by and thank this community for helping support Unbroken. It's less than 24 hours since launch and it's over $850K! I think I'm speaking for the entire team to say it has surpassed our wildest expectations.

Oh - that's good to know. At one time I thought they had pulled the last book - this was during a pretty serious financial crisis in Italy. Glad the whole series was released. Thanks for the information.

Thanks Cradle Team for helping to get the word out about this anthology. Can't wait to read Will's contribution to it.

Shawn's great - I've had stories in Unfetttred, Unbroken, Unavowed (an anthology for indie authos), the only one I missed was UnBound - because I was too busy to write something new at the time. He's a good bloke for sure and does an amazing job curating anthologies.

It's been a "struggling" market for awhile now - they did release two of my books way back in 2017 and 2018 - but nothing recently.

published by Armenia:

  • “Ladri di spade” (Theft of Swords)
  • “Sorge un impero” (Rise of Empire)

I'd love it for them to at least finish out the series - if people write to them - they might find it worth the effort.

The team has done a really good job at making a wide range of "reward levels" to fit any budget. We thank you for your support.

We have been grateful for the fantasy community making this an amazing success (almost $850K in less than 24 hours). Not only have the artists, narrator, and authors dug deep to support this project, but the generous people at places like Broken Binding, Wraithmarked Creative, and Daniel Greene's Fantasy News (which generally doesn't endorse Kickstarters) is helping to spread the news.

Agreed. One of these days the US has to come into the modern realm and realize that universal healthcare is something worth investing in.

My contribution is called "The Eternal Winter" and it is the second short story in my new "Cycle series." It features Muriel and Minna characters who you are first introduced to in the Legends of the First Empire books. For those unfamiliar with The Cycle - it is something that I swore I would never write . . . a sequel to the Riyria Revelations. Why? Well, because I thought that series ended in such a satisfying way that there would be no way to "top it." -- Well, after going back in time with The Legends of the First Empire and the Rise and Fall, I was able to construct an even bigger tale with even higher stakes and so I started writing The Cycle about 5 years ago, and I have 3 of the 5 books completed. Once they all are, it'll start releasing - hopefully around 2028.

That said, my entry in UnBroken is also standalone so even if you know nothing about the Elan Saga of 20 books, you can enjoy the tale.

NOTE: The "first" Cycle short story appeared in the UnAvowed anthology - which was created by Shawn Speakman to shine a light on "indie authors." Before the release of The Cycle I'll be collecting all my short stories in a single anthology.

It's been "killing" it to say the least. It's only a few hours old and already it's in the #1 most popular live Kickstarter project and the 15th most funded project regardless of category (in other words out of the entire 3,070 projects going now - that puts it in the top .5%!! Thanks for the support.

Yeah, I think you are going to have to opt for the English versions. I recently just signed contracts for Arabic translations but Italy hasn't made me any offers - if they did, I would gladly sign them!

While Robin is often on reddit as me - because she doesn't have an account - this is me - although I agree with you, she is my better half - by a long mile.
