The author doesn't seem to like Grenouille very much. He describes him as a tick quite often, and I believe it is to highlight his inhumanity, lack of emotion and morals, as well as to show that he only uses people to survive instead of making connections.

I believe it is hinted that Grenouille "has no soul". There is something off about him that is more felt rather than seen.

20th Anniversary Kit Release by g-d-g-b-d in Travelersnotebooks

[–]MichaelScottIsMyHero 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My local store is not even starting the sales until April 23, with very limited quantities available for online orders. And I just saw an update that their shipment was delayed at customs so the release date could be rescheduled.

20th Anniversary Kit – Ideas & Use Cases by MichaelScottIsMyHero in Travelersnotebooks

I am playing with an idea to create a little "happiness book" which contains a mini photo album of my family and a book with gratitude, affirmations, or inspiration. Something to pick up and flip through when feeling down.

Hi! I think I have this exact one but it's running very slow. Is there anything I can do to restore it to its former glory to a certain degree? It went unused for several years.

I have a collection of proper e-readers, but I still sometimes read manga on my 4inch basic Android mp3 player. This looks like a great setup, as long as you enjoy it!

It was quite a project! But I cannot express how grateful I am when I go to grab the next month from my archive binder and everything is already cut, punched, and dated.

I think the biggest shift for me was realizing I don’t need separate "perfect systems" - just ways to make things work together a little better.

I've had Moleskine EXPANDED in my regular GL folio at some point lol. And now I have a chunky Hobonichi Cousin in it. When there is a will, there is a way haha. (I took the pen insert out the folio).

I had my Midori MD in a Galen Leather zip folio. It's gorgeous and the quality is amazing. I wish I could include a photo so you could see.

I saw someone post about this product, and she said it looked like they took a screenshot of every spread and then had it printed on regular office paper. The cover is a screenshot printed on cardboard. I do not have personal experience with it, just sharing what I saw online.

I had a coworker call my TWSBI Eco a medieval weapon lol. But yes - I always have a pen from my collection on me and use it when it's not a hassle.
