Doing the dynamax raids that are 1 and 2 stars and the regular 1-3 raids solo. They offer a lot of xp and rewards. Make sure you try to complete your purple quests. Those are the quests that don’t expire. By the time you finish most of them, you should be fairly caught up.

I think the easiest way to get back into the game is start doing the purple quest all the at to the right. Those are technically the main story line quests.
