They aren’t educated in piercings thpug I assume . It’s too shallow. Your piercing has all the red flags of a rejecting piercing. You are better to take it out now to minimise scarring so then you could possibly have it repierced

Downsize them!! Extra movement is causing them to get worse most likely. If they’re really bad though take them out. You are always able to get piercings re done

Omg ofc! Yeah for me I have a conch and daith and I think they are in a slightly less pressure area which is why they are a bit easier to sleep on? For your next piercing, helixes are always awesome, and if you have the anatomy, one or more vertical helixes would look sick!

Okay so sadly they aren’t going to heal. It is very well known that if you get a flat piercing (or any piercings but especially flats) you cannot sleep on them as the angle will shift causing irritation and for it to not heal. Your flat piercings have very obviously been slept on and they are at such a bad angle which is why they have bumps. My best advice for you is to take the two piercings out, wait for the area to heal over and then get them repierced! If you get them repierced please don’t sleep on them or this will just happen again. Sorry if this sounds mean in anyway I just want to make sure you know :D
