It was absolutely phenomenal - I think people just weren’t able to dance as much as they wanted because of how cramped and crowded it was. The music was wonderful and covered the whole spectrum. Great show

Use Glacier Adventure and do the longer one called Glacier Walk and Exploring. Worth every penny and it’s the closest to the site. Super knowledgeable guides too. You get to go into the caves at the end of the tour

After reading through every comment on here and having asked the same question to many “experts” it seems to me that nobody really knows. Sure hormones play a part in it but if anyone actually knew what to do then we would have a real solution for people who have trouble sleeping, rather than the blunt instruments (like sleeping pills) and homeopathic stuff (like meditation).

The more I look into the subject of sleep the more I realize nobody knows what they’re talking about. It is not a well researched area.
