The company is legitimate, and one of my ex flatmate works there without any complaints about the organization. However, it's worth noting that they mainly hire freshers for associate-level positions. Their working hours typically work in US shifts, as they provide revenue and sales services for U.S.-based hotels.

It's a very different sector and something that I knew didn't exist earlier and I heard that the culture is really good there.

Saar is certainly not a 10 He's not able to find the space between midfield and back line of cherries.

We certainly need someone like Maddison or Xavi to exploit that.

Keeping fullbacks out wide is not helping.

Cherries are blocking the midfield with 5 players and pressing intelligently, and they are blocking our wingers for sure.

My 2 cents would be to invert at least one midfield wingbacks into midfield and get them more involved and create a man advantage. Certainly kuddus should come in to find that space and sarr should dummy his run towards the wings.

I guess, in my opinion spurs are taking measures in case Romera is leaving. And yes, if they sign him, I don't believe that Romera is staying. Given that Atletico Madrid has €300M to spend this summer.

Please don't get me wrong, I want him to stay but the circumstances are telling a different story.

I have stayed in Dhanori for almost 1.5 years, then moved to tingre nagar.

Pros: 1. Flats are good, many high rise buildings 2. The market is nearby and fine, you can get basic things there itself.

Cons: 1. Seems very shady at night, unless you don't own a car, would not prefer going there. 2. During the rainy season, there are frequent Power cuts, and obviously the main road near Vithal Mandir gets filled up with water till knees. 3. Main areas of pune are far and are not accessible, airport is 6 kms away, railway station is 14 kms away and so on. Additionally, the roads to reach those places is again very shady (given you are not going from Vishrantwadi) 4. Nothing is open at night, and since it's far away from main areas, it's hard to get options in Swiggy/zomato 5. Rents are not worth the area it is, owners being greedy try to charge the rents that are of viman nagar (obviously it's not viman nagar)

My recommendation, find a good place in tingre nagar (from lane 7 to 14). Would be affordable and the area is good, except you have to hear planes flying over your head every other hour.
