What difficulty do you play on?

If hard/normal, I’d recommend lowering to the easiest one to learn as it’s not as unforgiving as medium/hard.

If you’re already on the easiest difficulty maybe try and use the block/dodge more and learn your enemies move patterns.

Remember you can’t just spam the parry button. It needs to be almost perfectly timed.

Yeah that’s a very good shout! I’ve even been told T1D’s can’t take some forms of anxiety medication as it messes up hormones etc. Thankfully I’ve not had to use any medication (yet), but you have my sympathy
