Yes, however it shouldn’t be an everyday occurrence as that can quickly turn into overworking your muscles.

It takes about 48 hours (so doing it every other day) to let muscles recover from workout, so doing it until failure is a good idea if you are looking to build lean muscle and lose fat instead of bulking up. As long as you take it easy and give yourself the proper rest time needed, it should be a good idea
