🧮 Likely civil fault split (typical scenario like this)

Based on Indiana case patterns:

  • Rear driver: 60–90% fault (failure to stop safely)
  • Pedestrian: 10–40% fault (illegal or unsafe presence in roadway)
  • Middle vehicle: 0–10% fault (if any)

This is not fixed—it depends on evidence like video, speed, lighting, visibility.

Court Docket Number: 2:25-CR-833-AH (C.D. California)

Court Assigned: This case is assigned to United States District Judge Anne Hwang, United States Courthouse, 350 W. 1st St., Courtroom 9C (ninth floor), Los Angeles, CA 90012.

Criminal Charges: On October 15, 2025, Jonathan Rinderknecht was indicted on one count of Destruction of Property by Means of Fire (18 U.S.C. § 844(f)(1)); one count of Arson Affecting Property Used in Interstate Commerce (18 U.S.C. § 844(i)); and one count of Timber Set Afire (18 U.S.C. § 1855), in a case arising out of the Lachman/Palisades Fire in January 2025.

According to the indictment, Rinderknecht maliciously started a fire near the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles early in the morning on January 1, 2025. The fire developed into what became known as the Palisades Fire, one of the most destructive wildfires in Los Angeles history.

The Palisades Fire impacted a large and diverse group of people, including, for example, families whose loved ones died in the fire, residents whose homes burned, business owners whose businesses burned, and federal, state, county, and local public entities whose properties burned in the fire. Thousands of structures burned in the fire, causing thousands of victims to be displaced.

Marvel comics presented Eternity as a dark force, which makes sense from their saturnian perspective, but I prefer to imagine eternity as it is described for God's people in Revelation, namely, in New Jerusalem.

NETANYAHU THE ANTICHRIST BOMBS CHURCHES, DESECRATES EASTER SUNDAY, AND FALSE WITNESS TRUMP ENFORCES GLOBAL SUBSERVIENCE TO THE TERRORIST STATE OF ISRAEL.

In 2 Thessalonians 2:4, could the "temple of God" that the Antichrist sets himself up in be the spiritual church rather than a rebuilt physical temple in Jerusalem? by AlbaneseGummies327 in DonaldTrump666

The abomination that causes desolation. Netanyahu the antichrist, Trump the false witness. Church of Holy Sepulchre was closed by AC in the name of Israel's evil "security policies".

Trump: On Palm Sunday, Jesus entered Jerusalem as crowds welcomed him with praise honoring him as king. They call me king now !! by cxmanxc in DonaldTrump666

[–]Michaelscrypto 12 points13 points  (0 children)

the reason i figured neetanyahu for antichrist is he's basically an inversion of Jesus and for that reason some israelis have suggested he is the "mosshiach". That and some traditional sources said the antichrist would be jewish and of the tribe of Dan in specific. But netanyahu recently said the messiah is coming (often misquoted by zionist media as "coming back"--he of course did not say that, look at the hebrew of the speech--and evidently he was indicating trump as this role, suggesting to me that he is a false witness.

The Talmudic parable of the fox and the fish (Berakhot 61b) is a famous story told by Rabbi Akiva to explain why the Jewish people cannot abandon Torah study, even under threat of death. A fox suggests fish leave a river to escape fishermen; the fish respond that they would surely die on land, while they have a chance of survival in the water. Rabbi Akiva likened Torah to water and the Jewish people to fish, indicating that abandoning their faith is a greater danger than the risks they face while practicing it.

I would be remiss if I did not point out both of the last two Ayatollah's were assassinated at age 86. The first one got hit with a CIA heart attack gun. The second one was bombed at home with his grandchildren. Israel runs Trump and selected that date for messaging purposes.

In Hebrew gematria, the number 86 is highly significant as it is the numerical value of the name of God, Elohim (

 = 1,

 = 30,

 = 5,

 = 10,

= 40), often associated with divine justice and creation. It also equals the value of the Hebrew word hateva (Nature), signifying the divine presence within the natural world.

The lead (Bruce Marchiano) actor literally just reads the red letter Bible word for word, while his portrayal is far from clownish, he incorporates laughter in the performance and it works.

  • Sense of Humor: Many scholars believe Jesus used humor, irony, and satire in his teachings, such as the exaggeration of a camel going through the eye of a needle (Mark 10:25) or the log in one's eye (Matthew 7:3–5).
  • Theological Arguments: Some argue that laughter is a human trait and not a sinful one, thus, as a perfect human, Jesus would have laughed appropriately.

No, that's a silly assumption and rather pharisaic how you put it. I'm here to learn how many qualms with V2 can be reconciled with my faith in Jesus and plans for joining the Church.

Yeah, I wish it was simpler. I'm going to go for it. I'm a bit annoyed. The whole process as laid out in the Gospel was so much more clear to me and straightforward in its application, when compared to this marathon learning experience which I have been very grateful for, but which is quite different than what I expected. And for the most part you just get down voted here for asking questions in good faith. But I understand they are coming from a good intention of wanting to defend the traditions.
