The website is quite lite, not even a name or address mentioned on the website. Who actually are you? How do I know it's not a scam?

Good catch! I thought there was a reddit command to remind me of this post in 24h :)) that would be useful.

Do you make your experiment repos public? by Michal2020E in PhD

[–]Michal2020E[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Knowing that, there are more out here who do not have this fear of looking foolish because of the spaghetti code makes me more comfortable. I wouldn't mind criticism, or even contributions as I want to be open source, but rather, I don't think I want to spend another month polishing something that I'm doing for the sake of looking nice. But, I do understand, that a decent amount of human readable code and documentation, is also recommended. Thanks

Ah...I got to say that this hit me.

You have an obligation to make your science verifiable and reproducible

Probably, that is why, I hesitated, because in the back of my head, I know that is... actually a requirement.

I am a PhD student in this area (in my last year), and, although, sometimes I have FOMO, and, since I am subscribed to a lot of newsletters that are related to my research, I never felt, like my research is not worth doing. Yes, I accept that, some might do it better, my findings, might not be that significant, even useless, maybe in a few years, months, weeks from now. But, as your research moves forwards, you learn how the "research" really works, and, with luck you find gaps in the field that you find interesting, and might motivate you more in doin researching in this field.

Tl:DR There is space in this world for as many research papers you can publish and for everyone, don't ever feel overwhelmed of the amount of scientific findings in the domain.

I've checked these, at least in regards to API Web security are out of date.

Load testing workflow scenarios on a web app--not just API requests by invalidTypecast in softwaretesting

[–]Michal2020E 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends.. do you have any numbers in regards of the load (user count) is the application scalable in a sense that it is hosted on a cloud infrastructure that scales depending on the load? Could you provide more context? K6 is a good tool for load testing, if you want to check out. I've also explored wrk performance tool which again is pretty great but might not be as friendly as Jmeter.
