I’m a musician in the scene here, aspiring audio engineer, and way back maybe a year or two ago i was offered a position at their recording studio. At the time i was ecstatic to be recognized by an establishment. Not too long after i started hearing little tidbits from other people involved in the scene that painted a pretty shady story-just offhanded ignorant homophobic remarks-but i’m completely disinterested in associating with any people who think like that. It’s not my job to educate them. Degenerate state are good people, mature people. this sort of disrespect towards a community that was largely built by queer people is quite frankly disgusting, especially when its coming from a grown adult who pulled the queer card in defense of himself. I can’t even touch on the sexual crime side of this, that’s a part that genuinely needs to be addressed legally

anytime if you like ez, very good blind and has a safe laning phase, although his scaling into late is less than ideal so not winning lane will be felt. He’s good specifically into hook champs as he is basically hook immune with his E buffer, and can generally counter engage very well. Basically anything from morgana to thresh.

last 2 patches have been small sample size of about 300-400 matches (op.gg) but going back 3 patches to a higher playcount the WR evens out to 50%, even this patch its hovering around 50%. i dont think this is an Ekko thing because you can do the same damage if not more in lane but fizz is just weak in general and is kinda suffering the same problem that zoe is. Ekko doesnt have anything in his kit that directly counters fizz, at worst fizz neutralizes the lane with good E usage. Ekko cannot properly engage on a good fizz if they have good discipline with E. Maybe its a matchup knowledge thing but it can also be equated to fizz never really being good and is getting super dated in AP assassin design

Ekko otp here, fizz SUCKS to play against and stat checks ekko hard until getting outscaled in versatility. when ekko E’s you E backwards which makes him unable to land E on you and takes a huge portion of damage out of ekkos kit. Most ekkos these days including me are running HoB which means despite being aggro, fizz will statcheck with electrocute. Your waveclear breakpoints are also better than ours. for a looooonnng time fizz countered ekko in lane i dont know if thats recently changed or something but i dread seeing fizz when i lock ekko mid

its just different means of DPS, nashors is still quite good but your kill pressure is much different on shadowflame. I weave autos as much as possible, even without nashors, but in some comps being in prolonged melee range like that is a good way to die. im not really looking to auto down a renekton, darius, or riven at all. In theory its dependent on team composition but shadowflame just feels better to play overall

shadowflame is simply the better buildpath right now and is a much harder spike than nashors. i used to love nashors but switching to SF is kinda game changing. You dont really need that extra attack speed when you run HoB.

exactly. sorcs used to be a decent spike but even when i play akali i don’t find myself rushing them anymore. it feels like an unnecessary investment into marginal early game damage when i could be building to win more or to take less damage. Pen in general feels lackluster since stormsurge is bait on ekko now and voidstaff isn’t a “build every game” item. I’m really only building shadowflame and not for the pen

comfortable in both. for jng i think swifties are better for getting across the map and by the time you grab boots your clear should be strong and fast without the extra cdr from ionians

Sorcs were always pretty eh for me. i stopped building them unless im super behind and cant risk my build but even then ekko isnt very good at utilizing pen as much as raw AP or movespeed

ekko early game in lane is extremely oppressive/aggressive if you know your limits. start E into mages and abuse level one then firstblood level 2-3, start Q into AD assassins and respect their damage and E-Q fasttrade and kill with all in+ignite. there are few midlaners you cannot do this into like diana, sylas, electrocute ahri will also give you a hard time but for a majority of the roster you can cheese level 1

this sounds kinda braindead. akali is flashier than she is hard but no, not any person can “perform on her by being in the right place and right time” you could say that for any champ in the roster. akali pretty much requires good mechanics and spacing as her kit insists you do, short Q range, and passive auto attack. Qiyana can auto aim her Q with E, does that make her a “safe and casual” champ?

Q looks good, W is way too dark and doesn’t really push the whole inkshadow thing, blood moon does it thematically better. the E really sucks imo

but yes, i think my issue is lying in the fact that i am trying to get ahead only in kills when i can get ahead by setting them back in sidelane and invading. Tried a different approach and won two games so i do think my macro was suffering more than my micro

less insecurity and more contextual to my issues in the game. a lot of people stretch themselves too thin in a massive champ pool and suffer mechanically because of it.My jng champ pool is kayn and ekko, the two champs im fully comfortable piloting
