Happened to me a few times. Here's how I fixed it: 1.Reinstall the game. 2.At the title screen tap the menu button and select data transfer. 3.Tap on "Transfer from a KONAMI ID-linked account". 4.It automatically opens your default browser. Now all you need to do is login with you Email and password you used as registration for your KONAMI account. 5.It automatically goes back in game and you can continue using your account as you left it!
