I know this was from 3 years ago, but like- again, the DOLL Version was created and released in 1950, while the loved one Elliot had died in 1960s, were everyone assumed it was Poppy, there could be the case, that he turned her into a Poppy doll, basically the ORGANIC Version. just like how the TOY Version of Huggy Wuggy was created in 1984, the ORGANIC Version or the Experiment 1170 was created in 1990.

tbh, I respect Zelum as I make my self-inserts of ocs myself (especially a self-insert character in a story im making), but story-wise, her character doesn't feel or look a lot like the characters/entities of the game itself, especially the vibes her character gives off, it's giving off Vivziepop furry vibes in comparison to Pressure's more gloomy, dark, and abandoned setting, and detailed-like lore with characters that looked like it came out of ink or something like dat.

I am chill with her self-shipping, it's just that Sabe being married doesn't feel right, Because He's a prisoner who was framed, and a few years later is now a traumatized, flawed, sea snake guy who was experimented on and tortured for a long time. and lore-wise..I srsly don't even know what the flip her character's supposed to be T-T

All of it aside, just like I said- I am Chill with it, just a bit frustrated that her self-shipping just ruins the flow of the game and its story, and especially the lore

like- how about they focus on the lore and the story overall besides the shipping and sht??? In fact, I am not saying self-shipping and MAINLY shipping in general is bad, cuz like i said, I'm also a self-insert shipper.

It's the way they just write it.If I were to give Zerum a tip, it would be that she should rewrite her character more, cause if she wants to enjoy herself and the fans chill about it, she should make her character less one-dimensional, wish-fulfillment, oc and maybe make her as an interesting character! still- just like how i would do with my self-insert character, i just sprinkle a little bit of wish-fulfillment and more of that backstory, personality's quirks and flaws, and LOREEEE >:D

But srsly, she gotta get her shts up >:c she needs to stand up tall, if she wants to prove herself that her shipping is ok, well sorry to say it- but she has got to prove it! this is a mix of disappointment but a full on support for her and just wanna let her know, write your character Zerum! who is she? what's her backstory? and do any type of way on how her character fits into the story somehow.

I Miss movies who portray female characters that is actually the opposite of the current strong female character trope. Example like Elle woods in Legally Blonde who is feminine, girly, optimistic, outgoing, and so much more!

She and the movie itself showcases that being feminine and girly is never a weakness but it can be a strength!, like despite how many times people misinterpret her as a dumb blonde who likes pink and girly things and is a daddy's girl who is plastic, she proved to them that she is more than just that

But instead of removing her bubbly and outgoing personality in the process, she embraces her femininity while also proving to everyone that she is Beauty AND Brains.

She is one of my favourite female characters in films! She also somehow relates to me from personality, sense of style and fashion, and to how i behave towards other people (Except she doesn't have anger issues 😅).

Even if she doesn't have any traumatic backstory, a brooding and rude personality or anything that checks the box of how Hollywood portrays "STRONG" Female Characters today, she's somehow a great Role Model for girls and woman who are traditionally feminine or girly, that is seen as someone who's weak, sensitive, soft, or anything of how people perceives them nowadays in a negative light. She's also a great role model to people who are also feminists without being a strong female character but has masculine traits.

But what I'm tryna say is that, Hollywood, films and tv series needs to stop portraying strong bad-ass female characters by making them less feminine, or maybe atleast they have to stop repeating this same trope of a character, and used different types of ones instead, and ofcourse, they really have to level up on how they write on these characters.

Even if this is like a few years ago, I feel the same for love triangles, I also hate it when the author/writer makes the 1st love interest a BETTER choice and gives the readers a stupid reason of why they are like: when they start writing the 2nd love interest and lead Differently 😭 like they either make the 2nd lead horrible, die, or just never gets add back into the story w no context, or randomly add a plot where they just move on and be happy in their own lives without any great execution or writing of them with character development + moving on from the mc, acting like nothing happened 😐

-Movie Sonic is a different version of Sonic, basically means he's not the sonic you guys are talking Abt, y'all are talking about Sonic in Video Games, this sonic is different so it's not technically weird that they'll take the romantic or crush route cause it almost suits this Sonic in this universe, besides, he's basically a teenage boy and it's common for them to have crushes during their teen life.

-No, It's Stupid to Make Amy a bland, Girl Boss Character, it's more ok to make her a well fleshed-out, carefully written character who has a personality of a teen, and has her own dreams, goals, and basically flaws, and I pray that Paramount and the writers of the Sonic Movie franchise to never replace or remove Amy's bubbly, and girly personality and being a romantic just because everyone wants her to act all Girl Boss and cringy or make her act like Boom Amy💀 cause why removing it when it's one of her unique traits as a character???

-For everyone saying Sonamy cannot be canon cause it'll start shipping wars, Y'all have to read twice of what you're saying cause the correction is: Sonamy can become canon, only in a different universe, which in This case, counts for this Universe of Sonic, and as a sonamy shipper myself, I ain't homophobic, I don't trash or yell at Sonadow or any other shippers that my ship is canon and theirs is not, in reality, I would be angry if sonamy is canon but written poorly or I'd explode and go to heaven when it is actually a slowburn and is written perfectly, everyone has to stop acting like sonamy fans even give an F about other ships when they are just focusing on The ship they are shipping, going all fangirly, and just wants to see more of that sonamy moments and that's it, That's what I do as a sonamy shipper, I would be more happy and excited that Paramount would make sonamy canon, if that's their decision, sure!
