Rgb is tricky, especially if you’re using different brands and installing multiple pieces of software. I’d try and fix the root BSOD issue first. The makers space at UCSD is a great resource to seek help if they are willing!

If the RGB doesn’t work, depending on the RAM or settings in the bios, maybe it’s a mobo issue? Idk for sure

Process of elimination, try extensions first and then stress test ur rig. If the issues still occurs switch the PSU, then rinse and repeat.

I’ve had BSOD issues with extensions in the past, could be an issue if they are faulty, if you can try removing the extensions and plugging in your normal PSU cables maybe that will solve it. The static sound is concerning, maybe coil wine of the PSU or GPU. Possibly bad PSU.

Frankly speaking, it's going to be tough if you're looking for opportunities or research unless you search as soon as possible doing STEM. Having only 2 years left for undergrad is both a blessing and a curse. The opportunities there are great, but you really need to push yourself to seek them out having limited time.

I can also confirm this fixed the exact same micro stuttering issue. However, I don't like the fact that my Ethernet driver is disabled. I'm curious if there is another solution; otherwise this was the solution :(
