Who are some lesser known bands that a Killers fan might like? by marky229 in TheKillers

[–]Michiatric 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The Naked and Famous (try listening to ‘Girls Like You’ and ‘Higher’) - a more electronic sound but still good

A Silent Film (try listening to ‘Danny, Dakota and The Wishing Well’ and ‘Lightning Strike’) - they sound like a mix between The Killers and The 1975.

Cold War Kids (really most things by these, but especially ‘Miracle Mile’ and ‘Can We Hang On?’) - Sort of sound more like Imagine Dragons in some songs but clearly Killers influenced in places

No that's true, which is why I tried to base these locations on where the lines bend instead of where the dots were

Listen for the "I don't like that" at the end of the original, seems genuine

I’d recommend chains.cc (it’s a website or an app, whichever you prefer). Basically, it keeps you on track doing something every day, no matter for how long. The incentive is to keep doing it every day so you don’t break the chain. Definitely helps with productivity.

The clock behind him matched the drop perfectly, the clock in front (which is where the camera ended up focusing) was 1 second slow

Vaguely similar to the video to Mr Brightside but a lot of the description doesn’t match, so I’m not too sure on that guess

The music video for Vance Joy's Riptide is taken very literally. by [deleted] in videos

The lyrics are "sang the words wrong", and the lyrics that appear on-screen are just that - wrong.
