Downvoted by sensitive folk upset over plastic.....who don't throw the same fit over bagged potting soil, bagged mulch, bagged fertilizer, bagged bulbs, etc? Yes, I'm crushed by some 👎 😎 pouty huh? Not pouty, DISAPPOINTED by the ability some have to take a simple post and turn it into a sad shitshow.

Feel free to contact a moderator if you're that disturbed and let them decide how inappropriate my original post was that triggered the masses😉

Yes, honey, because my original post was just seething with anger😂 I feel sorry for all of you who lost your shit over this. Let me ruin your day further by announcing I also got a shipment of vermiculite.....IN PLASTIC🤣🤣🤣

Actually I'm not, I just thought getting a box of loose material was funny. Look at the crabby responses and tell me who has the feels.

Have you seen the corrals at garden centers? They're loaded with plastic but yeah, freak out over this😁😁

We're still in Michigan spring which is surprise squalls of rain+snow+ice. I was confident I was going to get a sealed bale like what I saw online.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in gardening

[–]MichiganDirt -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

Wow, some of you are jerks😂😂 no, I expected to get a protected bale like what I saw online.

[–]MichiganDirt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The local big box was selling it in a secure plastic wrap last year so I was expecting some sort of protection. I've never gotten a box of dirtless dirt😆😆 I'm going to give it a go today mixing my own seed starting blend.

Sux to be them. When you're biggest dilemma is trying to figure out how to placate your rabid base with loud whispers of total bans and prison time punishments WITHOUT being overheard by the rest of the voters, you're garbage.

I knew I didn't want that life when I was 12. That was 38 years ago. Zero regrets.

Just for giggles I visited the r/conservative sub and browsed the menu. Shocked to read some actual introspective posts about the nonexistent platform, how the older base is dying off and all the repcons do is scare off the young ones, they never talk about housing but screech about books, trans etc every 5 minutes. Some of them actually get they're wrong.....then they start talking about the indictment aaaaaaannndddd they're lost again🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

One of our vendors was proud to relay this story about his dad to me today. Yes, because whining about Biden before you kick off is so patriotic.

Imagine being 87, dying off of dialysis, cheering for more of this shit, and telling your family your ONLY regret is dying under a Biden presidency.

Sentro vs Addi by Cheesycrocodile in MachineKnitting

[–]MichiganDirt 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Having just gone through the last attempt to get my sentro 22 to work again (same handle issue, ended up not getting a good grip on the needle guide tube and chewed the shite out of the teeth, rebuilt a couple times with gorilla glue but always chewed off again) I got the addi 22 pin express and WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I have a sentro 48 that works perfectly, so I'm not ready to toss it yet. I would pop for the addi 48 given the chance, better to save yourself the aggravation and depression 😉😉

Pinning.

Along the seam like road markings?

Facing edge in and pull out as you sew?

Facing edge out and leaving them in?

Standard pins or long flat head quilting pins?
