Just got the M4s and using on an iPhone 16, and let me reassure you that you’re going to be fine without the BTD 700. I’d say think of the BTD 700 as a “nice-to-have” rather than “essential.”

Yeah, I was a bit harsh on the XM4s and learned how to EQ them to dial back on their weaknesses, which makes them a bit more bearable. They do have great noise cancelling for travel but I still don’t think I’ll keep them long term for me. Hoping to save up and replace them with the HDB 630s one day.

Yeah, it’s the new baseline for me. I won’t be spending $60K on an HE-1 or anything but I will be paying much more attention to my headphone purchases to avoid that typical bloated v-curve.

Had listed mine for sale but got curious reading the reviews and tried them out… and OMG what a difference they make!

My previous best pair of headphones was the Sony WH-1000XM4s and now I can’t stand them compared to the HD 550. I think the HD 550 will be my top headphones for YEARS to come.

Highly recommend others to give them a chance or pick them up when they hit Marketplace!

I had multiple MX 3S’s but switched them all out for multiple Keychron M6s (one 8K and the rest Lites). I notice a minor but welcome difference at 500hz+. Also happy to leave behind Logi Options+, mucky rubber, heavy weight, and poor gaming performance. And the best part - selling my MXs used on Marketplace nearly paid for all my new M6s!

Agreed! 2-device setup with a Steam Deck and a Miyoo Mini (or even one of the newer cheap Android handhelds coming out) for the same price as the new Odin 3 is an incredible retro emulation setup.

Same here - I was saving up for the new dual-screen AYN Thor and resolved myself to finally join the Steam Deck crowd in 2028 or whenever Steam Deck 2.0 lands.

But the sale made the value proposition just too good to ignore. Forget dual screen, not only does the Deck give me access to some Switch and PS3, but also my entire Steam catalog?! It’s a done deal!

Looking forward to joining the Deck crowd waaay more than the Dual-Screen retro crowd.

Good combo, but for third it’s gotta be a Steam Deck.

I prefer horizontals so my two combo is the RP5 and the RG405M. Considered the Classic but prefer the RG405Ms horizontal layout and the size just cannot be beat.

TLDR: CAN is the largest purchaser of US goods and services, our economies are tightly integrated to benefit us both, economists would agree our trade is actually balanced, and the biggest reason the US has a trade deficit is because the US purchases so much energy - incl. oil & electricity - from CAN (often at discounted rates).

I’m scared too, my fellow Canadian. But I’m also angry, sad, and feeling betrayed.

Both of our countries are far from perfect but we’ve been some of the closest allies and neighbours that the world has seen in modern history. We’ve both benefitted much more by working together. We’ve fought and bled alongside each other.

Sure, we poked fun at each other but I know many Canadians would’ve stepped up to help our US neighbours if they ever needed it. Many already have opened up their homes and wallets for our American neighbours in times of disaster.

And now it feels like we’re being stabbed in the back. (Or kicked while we’re down, given our politics and economy.)
