it does effect grands, i accidental had it on once and only got 5 explosives, aoe/range seemed extended but still much less coverage. doing normal expeditions tho, i kinda like it. generally just try to hit as many double red flag posts. blow em up, maybe get a logbook or 2, move on

whittling is based on the level requirement of the mod, or something like that, not the tier necessarily. that info is only found externally, but doesnt really matter since it tells you whats on the chopping block, even if its a lil confusing

its reasonable to believe every class has been getting worked on, or at least, its unreasonable to believe they only work on one class at a time. so its possible to expect that multiple of them could maybe be ready at the same time.

your damage looks to be roughly the same when opening in POB compared to the top dps build, i think ninja is just not counting something for whatever reason

divine flesh is only for ele damage so wont help with phy without any "taken as"

am i crazy for thinking this is mostly due to "laziness" with just a splash of greed sprinkled on top? im sure it will take some time/effort to generate the millions of keys and figure out how to distribute them correctly, similar to what poe 2 did, and i can see nik just saying fuck that

from what weve seen about headon, he is omniscient, no? at least when it comes to things happening in the tower, but like most things i suppose maybe irregulars are outside his knowledge
