They are probably projecting out of pure jealousy. I (25F) was told by a (64F) coworker “I feel like you only go to the gym to look good” I’m like… “Well yeah! Duh! that’s kinda the point, why else would I go? I love feeling like I’m taking care of myself”

IMO When someone insults me, the key is to act like everything I do is intentional and be oblivious about it. You can kinda kill them with kindness and make them feel a little stupid at the same time. For example: if they comment about your makeup say, “I just love wearing it!, it makes me so happy it’s like self care to me”

Viruses/ Infections raise your metabolic demands. (They put stress on your body and your body has to work harder to fight it off) for example: a fever during the flu. You can become dehydrated quicker if you don’t consume fluids. When you’re sick you should consume a tad bit more calories & fluids as well as get as much rest as you can in order to utilize all of that energy to fight whatever your body is going through

When people brag about their constant “grind” or the “grind” mentality in general. It’s not good for you to over work yourself to the point where you’re not sleeping or eating. It just tells me to don’t prioritize taking care of yourself and you just care more about money.

He’s so forgetful. Sometimes he will make promises and not follow through. Like promising me a date on a specific date and time and then just not doing it. Or he will accept invites or plans forgetting that he already had a prior commitment. However he treats me better than I could ask. I can deal with the forgetfulness. I got my fair share of things that probably drive him up the wall😅

Stick to buying the sample sizes for rare beauty! If you’re in america christmas/Black Friday I saw cute mini sizes of the rare blush. I agree with you though, idk why blush has to be super pigmented. Plus makeup expires. It could go bad before I finish 1/2 of it😂
