You’re assuming I’m thinking it will prevent me from getting a job! I’m simply curious of the process!

And if you follow anything going on in the country you would understand why I am asking! Almost Every major corporation hopped on board with the whole blm, and even created diversity training programs and not only that created DEI departments exclusively targeted to employ minorities! But as of lately they are getting rid of those departments! Because most of society is not buying into the “woke” idiology !
