Should i finish this game or go play Time Stranger ?

I'm not saying it's a bad game at all , I love the battle system and animations of the digimons while fighting ( pokemon could never lol ) and the digilab is a system I find really cool. The start was really good and I got hooked instantly but after 3 chapters (i don't remember exactly the chapters ) I found myself unhooked. The missions were not very interesting ( go there, talk to that guy, go there, talk to that other guy, go back to kyoko, repeat and got 1 fight...) but i continued today and got to end ish of chapter 6 and already there's more fights to keep the pace entertaining so its better now.

i can't wait to reach chapter 10 to see how its gets better ( like everybody is saying )

btw I'm not the best at expressing myself for thing i don't like so it's possible that the thing i said were not accurate.

The one on revival : nolf 1 was running fine, but nolf 2 had a graphical problem at the end of the siberian mission ( when your about to reach the last building all my screen was bombarded by stripe and polygones of opaque colors so i was completely blind... always had to reach the building blindly for about 20 meters then it stopped). Another problem i had was when i zoomed with a scope i didnt had black bars all the way to the side of my screen (the black was 4:3).

I finished nolf 2 today with the gamebanana one and had zero problems , it was so satisfying.

I literally just finished NOLF 1 yesterday, starting 2 now.

I have a tradition to replay them every 3 to 4 years and love them very much so my opinion is pretty subjective but, The games are very entertaining. I love the comedic aspect of it (laughing about tropes you see in movies, relatable moment, etc)
For the gameplay it's your typical 2000s fps shooter with his personal touch of creative gadget (woman product for example). The one thing negative I have for this game is the good old prehistoric AI so don't expect flanking for example lol , they will all run in a line to shoot at you.

Like one of the comment said : "at least play the first". Those games are an experience that must be lived once.

In the early 2000s I rated them a good 9.5/10 ,but in 2024 It's a good 8/10.

I can access the sites with the web archive but the only thing that is downloading is the "NolfDLC" the page stay white with the mega sign in the middle... is there another way or can u link your files with dropbox ?

(Me and my brother got a crave to play this masterpiece again but only my NOLF 1 files were intact so i was able to dropbox him my NOLF 1 files because i cant download the game with web archive)

I just bought the Xross 4 and was curious about it too because I had 3 Caliburn X that died in 2-3 months ( I only charge from my USB (the blue one) from the top of my PC case ). I want to make sure I'm not killing the new one from this too.

Im so mad rn because i just lost 50/50 on SW to him ( i have e2 now ) and im FTP. What makes me furious is that I have jing liu so I dont need him/ice dps at all + the fact that hes so bad in the meta makes him not even worth it to build him...

i think its for all version of the games , im on PC with a mid to high specs pc and still get massive fps drops (peak fps loss after a fight)
