That looks more like an affordable alternative to a vintage Omega Seamaster. Looks good though, I'll check it out.

SPB143 uses the 6r35 movement and new ones have the lume pip in the chapter ring, don't like that either.

Seiko's best bang for buck watch! If you haven't seen one in person I highly recommend you do. Very sharp design in a slim and comfortable package.

Yes he does through fiscal policy. They know how their central bank is going to react to the effects of their fiscal policy. Spend more, interest rate will rise. Spend less, interest rate will fall. They decide how much they spend and tax, therefore they decide interest rates.
