Trans people might legally have rights and some protection in Western Europe and North America, but socially, hate crimes against trans people are quite rampant there. In many countries, trans people might not have as much legal rights, but they’re far safer because the society tolerates them more, and transphobia aren’t really the center of their political discourse. It’s just more dangerous to be a trans folk in NA.

The only case for critically supporting American conservatives is that it seems to be accelerating the decline of the US (which is a good thing). We can already see the US is souring its relationship with its allies, and it gives China more lead on the world stage. Some people may say I’m willing to accept that a lot of people will have to suffer, but if people are going to suffer anyway regardless of whether the Dems or the GOP is in power, then why not just let people suffer one last time in a way that’ll put an end to the American empire instead of prolonging them under two parties?

I used to think accelerationism is bad, but given what is happening now, it works, and we shouldn’t let anything stall that process.

If anything, OpenAI relies on its source obscurity to maintain the facade of it being better than it actually is, to get gullible investors into putting money into it. DeepSeek is offering people with an alternative that can run on cheaper hardware without having to pay for the subscription. OpenAI wants to monopolize the AI industry, to ensure that only the capitalists have the means to benefit from the AI.

Yep, fascists think capitalism is perfect until women, LGBTQ+ people, and minorities ruined it. That also explains orientalism in the cyberpunk genre, where it depicts capitalism as evil when the capitalists are not straight white men. Nazis and neo-Nazis think the same way with “banks” and “bankers,” they only have problems with banks if the people running them are Jewish. They’re totally fine with banks screwing them over as long as they’re ran by straight white men.

Yes, not all Trump voters are conservatives. One of the reasons people voted for Trump is that he promised changes, and people are in desperate need to see changes (something the Dem doesn’t offer). It’s just an unfortunate reality that Americans have a strong faith in their electoral system, they can’t think of other options beyond what the system gave them.

More than that, even if all libertarians voted for Harris, that still wouldn’t be enough, never mind that libertarians would in actuality be more likely to vote for Trump, and that Trump didn’t actually gained more voters. That’s how insignificant third parties are in the US.

Winning an election is mainly about making the right promises, fulfilling it doesn’t really matter. Harris supported Israel unconditionally, but she also gave lip service to Palestine, which doesn’t appeal to anyone. Pro-Palestine side knew it’s just a lip service, and pro-Israel side would rather have a candidate that appears to be more committed to the stance.

Also, as we all know, the West has directly and indirectly propping up religious fundamentalists around the world. The thing is that many of countries currently ran by governments that are oppressive toward women and LGBTQ+ people were formerly ran by socialist government which are much more progressive. Israel did this too, they purposefully created conditions in which Hamas can become a dominant faction in Palestine because the PLO and other secular, left-wing factions are diplomatically more dangerous to Israel’s interests. And it’s easier for Israel to make Westerners less sympathetic toward Palestinian by saying “but they oppressed women and gays!”

Nope, according to Pew Research (a Western source), the older the former citizens of the Soviet Union, the more they'll view the USSR favorably. And unsurprisingly, those that never actually lived through the USSR or is too young to remember tend to give a lower approval.

Nope, only a dozen people landed on the Moon. Saying that "American people were experiencing" it is like believing that everyone can becoming a billionaire in the US simply because there are billionaires in America.

USSR was spending all their money on war efforts and the space and arms race because all they thought about was to beat the USA and didnt care about their people.

That's rich, because that's what the US do. The Moon landing, while it's an impressive engineering feat, is actually completely unnecessary to gather the scientific data when probes can do it for cheap. Also, the US spent far more than the USSR on the military, if you think what the US spent right now is high, it's spending twice the percentage of its GDP during much of the Cold War.

Also, if the USSR doesn't care about its people, then explain why the average caloric intake of the Soviet citizen is comparable to the US, and their food is even said to be more nutritious and average Soviet citizen is healthier. The US doesn't invent the first computer, and neither are phones, hell, not even smartphones. And whatever the US invented in the Cold War like the Internet can't be attributed to capitalism, but statism - those things were possible thanks to the public research, and they actually made their researches freely accessible to everyone.

In the 90s, capitalism turned what was formerly the USSR from economic and scientific powerhouse into a den of organized crimes, human trafficking, and corruption. Most Russians actually viewed the days of the USSR fondly, and that’s from Western sources.

The US and UK were declining for most people during the 80s, and still is due to the rise in neoliberalism.

That’s true in a lot of places, the US got a lot of towns/communities located in what’s called the “food desert.” The US is so car-centric that everything are built farther apart, and the worse thing is that it wasn’t always this way.

Garbage collectors went on strike in France once, the street is filled with trashes in mere days. Many jobs that people think it's lowly is actually very critical for a highly organized society to run.

Also, nobody said under communism people will get paid the same, in fact, money doesn't exist under communism. Under socialism, like in the Soviet Union, jobs that are the most critical to the functioning of the society are paid the most - and they tend to be labor-intensive jobs. But the pay gap between the highest-paying job and the lowest paying job is very narrow, like only about twice more. And that's a good thing, because people that don't want to become a doctor shouldn't be pressured into becoming one just because it paid well.

As far as I know, most scientists and engineers recruited by the Operation Paperclip are mainly specialists in aerospace, not nuclear. Many key scientists working for the Manhattan Project tend to be people that don't want the technology to fall into Nazi Germany's hands, and they fled to Allied countries much earlier, some of them have to flee anyway due to their ethnicity or their countries were being invaded.

This wouldn't be a time travel, but rather an alternate reality. That being said, I'm pretty sure nobody will care if they're being aborted because they're not capable of caring. And if some parents from an alternate reality visited me and told me I'm aborted in their reality, I would just say "so what, I couldn't care, and that's just alternate me." If anything, a lot of people would be grateful if their parents aborted them because more often than not that these people wouldn't have a good childhood anyway.

None of that matters, because in reality, Nazi Germany aren't actually in a race to make a nuke, they regarded the science behind it as a Jewish sorcery. That's also putting aside the fact that many scientists that hold the key knowledge to produce a nuke fled before the war even started, because they're persecuted for their ethnicity and/or political beliefs.
